Terms and Conditions for Hunter Trikes
Under no circumstances will Hunter Trikes be liable for direct, indirect, consequential or incidental damages, including but not limited to lost or damaged property, lost profits or savings or damages or disappointment. You will be required to complete an indemnity form prior to riding.
Hunter Trikes may arrange for your flight to be carried out by another trikecompany. In such instances, Hunter Trikes accepts no liability in connection with such services or for any loss, injury, or damages to in respect to person or property. Hunter Trikes reserves the right to alter contents of product when deemed necessary.
IF YOU WISH TO ALTER YOUR TRIKE BOOKING
- NO changes are permitted within the 72 hours prior to your ride.
- A $25 per person rebooking fee will be charged for ridedate alterations prior to this 72 hour period.
Failure to show
You will lose the full cost of your ride if you fail to show for your ride no matter what the reason. No refunds or ride rescheduling are allowed. You may send someone else in your place if you wish. Please let us know the name of the replacement person before the ride. If you are unduly concerned about your ability to attend the ride, travel insurance is recommended (contact your Insurance Broker). NB: Separate cancellation and alteration provisions apply to large groups and customised events. These are specified on the group booking documentation supplied. Hunter Trikes reserves the right to amend these fees and notice periods. When special circumstances arise, some of these Terms and Conditions may be superseded by those published on your booking confirmation documentation or Gift Voucher.
MECHANICAL, STAFFING & OTHER SAFETY CONDITIONS
Trike rides depend on mechanical performance or staffing availability. When conditions are deemed by Hunter Trikes to be unsuitable or unsafe to proceed, then the ride will be cancelled.
In the unfortunate event that a ride must be delayed, rescheduled or cancelled due to any factor, Hunter Trikes will hold payment and offer alternative dates. If you require a refund for a ride Hunter Trikes has cancelled, a $15 admin fee per booking applies. Any refunds will be processed in the same way as you originally paid for the ticket, otherwise extra admin fees apply. Gift Vouchers are non-refundable. Hunter Trikes will not accept any liability for travel, accommodation, inconvenience or other cost incurred or lost through such cancellations.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
(a) It is your responsibility to ensure that you have received booking confirmation details of your ride: please notify our office immediately and prior to your ride date if you do not have this information.
(b) In the interests of safety, you undertake to follow the instruction of the driver, comply with any local codes of conduct and act sensibly and prudently at all times. You also agree to indemnify Hunter Trikes, it’s owners, officers and employees for all loses and/or damage arising from any act or default on your part or the part of a member of your party.
(c) Personal belongings are taken at your own risk.
(d) Motorcycling and Trike riding is an outdoor adventure activity. Hunter Trikes cannot be held liable for damage to clothing.
